Parish Welcome Reception - Coffee and Donuts |

This is the Sunday where we need 10 young adults volunteers who are interested/able to help!! For everyone, simply show up about 10 minutes before the start of the 8am mass. We'll then walk down to the Pastor's room of the Parish Hall to set-up, and then go to mass together. Immediately after mass, we'll need everyone down to meet and greet, help pour OJ, milk, and coffee, etc. It should be fun, plus a good way to meet others from the Parish and at the same time have Sunday evening free!
We are asked to pick up the coffee from Mr. San at the Coffee Roastery, along with OJ, and donuts (from All Star). Provide receipts to Fr. Ring. Paper goods (cups, plates) and sugar, sweeteners, stir sticks, and napkins are located in the parish closet across from the kitchen on the shelves to the right. They are labeled "For Sunday Hospitality". |
